The Business Hour – Exit Strategy? Where your focus should be with Les Conway

posted in: Uncategorized | 0

Planning is important in all areas of life. Whether it’s financial, lifestyle or business having a plan helps get you to where you want to be faster.

Nowhere is this more relevant than when planning an exit strategy when running a business.

It’s all about working out what you REALLY want from your business and then setting goals and creating a plan of how you are going to achieve it.

An exit strategy in business acts as a compass which guides decisions you make along the way. Planning a strategy for exit will help you gain a clearer picture of what you want and how you will get it.

A clear exit strategy which is part of your overall business plan can be the difference between selling your business for a little – or a lot.
